Information the inquiry uses
The form asks for contact information, event details, performance time, sound or equipment needs, optional budget and special requests, and consent to follow up. Billing details are not required to capture an inquiry. Do not submit payment-card data or sensitive personal records.
Why it is used
Submitted details are used to review the event and respond to the inquiry. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked.
Private notifications
The inquiry alert is sent only to Justin at his protected business inbox. If Justin separately authorizes Gmail and ChatGPT notifications in his own account, those services may process a privacy-conscious alert; the website does not send customer details directly to ChatGPT.
Public performances from Justin's calendar
If Justin enables automatic Gig updates, the site reads events from his selected Google Calendar using a read-only permission. It displays only performance details such as the show name, date, time, venue, and city. Events marked private are excluded, and the site cannot change Justin's calendar. Visitors are not asked to connect their Google accounts.
Encrypted backups
Justin may back up inquiry records and related documents to his own Google Drive. The server encrypts each backup before upload, and the backup app can access only Drive files it creates or that Justin opens with it. The recovery password is kept separately from Drive. Backup retention and removal procedures will be reviewed before the site accepts live inquiries.
Storage and retention
The event form keeps an unsent draft in this browser session so a visitor can move between steps. The server stores a submitted record only after it returns an inquiry reference.
Analytics
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, event dates, venue notes, free text, and invoice contents must not be sent in analytics payloads.
